Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Lenny's Sub Shop Florida Instant Win Game (the "Promotion") consists of an Instant Win Game and Grand Prize Code Game.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion starts on or about 11/15/08 and ends 12/6/08 (the "Promotion Period"), or when supplies of game pieces are exhausted, whichever occurs first. The Instant Win Game is open to legal residents of Florida 18 years of age or older. The Instant Win Game is void where prohibited. The Grand Prize Code Game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding residents of New York) 18 years of age or older. The Grand Prize Code Game is void in New York and where prohibited. Employees of Lenny's Franchisor, LLC; Lenny's Sub Shop Franchisees; and employees of Lenny's Sub Shop restaurants, along with their immediate family members (spouses, children, siblings, parents and their respective spouses) and members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

2. TO OBTAIN A GAME PIECE: You will receive one game piece with any purchase at participating Lenny's Sub Shop locations during the Promotion Period, while supplies of game pieces last. OR, you may request a game piece without making a purchase by sending a self-addressed, handwritten, stamped envelope to: Lenny's Sub Shop Game Piece Requests, c/o Robust Promotions LLC, 103 South Villa Avenue, Villa Park, IL 60181. Mechanically produced requests will not be honored. Limit one game piece per request and one request per outer postmarked envelope. Free game piece requests must be postmarked by 12/6/08 and received by 12/11/08. Game pieces are available while supplies last. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage due mail/game piece requests.

3. HOW TO PLAY INSTANT WIN GAME/CLAIM PRIZE: Gently scratch off the designated area of the game piece to reveal your prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. To claim 1st or 2nd prize, hand print your full name, address and telephone number on a 3" x 5" card, sign the back of your original winning game piece and mail both to Lenny's Sub Shop Game Prize Claims, c/o Robust Promotions LLC, 103 South Villa Avenue, Villa Park, IL 60181. Do not give your 1st or 2nd prize winning game piece to a restaurant employee. Employees are not authorized to redeem these prizes. Only the original winning game piece will be accepted. 1st and 2nd prize claims must be postmarked by 1/15/09 and received by 1/20/09. Sponsor recommends that you make a copy of your winning game piece for your records. Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, where lawful, within ten (10) days of date of attempted notification. If prize notification is not returned within the designated time, or prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Food prizes may be claimed on your next visit to a participating Lenny's Sub Shop restaurant by 1/15/09. Game cards are void after 1/15/09. Limit one game piece redemption per person per visit. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Game pieces are subject to verification and are void if copied, forged, altered or tampered with in any manner.

4. INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING: 1st Prize (1): $500 Lenny's Sub Shop Gift Card (1:41,000). 2nd Prize (13): $50 Lenny's Sub Shop Gift Card (1:3,154). 3rd Prize (65): Deluxe Meal for 10 Party Platter (ARV: $49.95) (1:631). 4th Prize (1,176): Regular Sub or Sandwich (ARV: $6.75) (1:35). 5th Prize (39,746): Regular Size Drink (ARV: $1.85) (1:1.1). Limit one prize redemption per person per visit. Prizes may not be combined with any other offer. No substitutions or cash redemptions. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable. Total ARV of all Instant Win Game prizes combined is $85,864.85.

5. GRAND PRIZE CODE GAME/PRIZE: Each game piece will also contain a code under the scratch off area. To play the Grand Prize Code Game, enter your code online at Lennys.com. One (1) Grand Prize: $100,000. Odds of winning: 1:564,700. Code must be entered and received by 11:59:59 EST pm on 1/15/09. Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about 1/31/09. Grand Prize will only be awarded if winning code is entered and the prize is properly claimed. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors; incorrect or inaccurate registration information; late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries; computer system or phone line errors, software / hardware malfunctions or other errors; or for failures or delays in transmissions that are human or technical in nature. Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, where lawful, within ten (10) days of date of attempted notification. If prize notification is not returned within the designated time, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. All Promotion materials (including prize claims) submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and Robust Promotions and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any claim related to the acceptance of a prize or participation in this Promotion. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's names and/or likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes, except where prohibited or as restricted by law. Game pieces are void if not obtained through authorized channels or if game pieces contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Liability for an irregular game piece is limited to replacement with another (randomly selected) game piece, while supplies last. If due to a production or other error there are more prize claims than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules for any prize level, a random drawing may be held among all eligible claimants at such prize level to award only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Memphis, Tennessee.
