Lenny’s Sub Shop added 40,000 Facebook fans through a seven-day promotion that gave new ‘fans’ a sandwich.
The Memphis-based chain offered a coupon for a free half-pound sub to all of its new and existing Facebook fans. The promotion ran from Feb. 14 to Feb. 20.
In the week-long span, Lenny’s saw its Facebook fan number rise from 11,000 to more than 51,000.
Lenny’s currently has 150 stores in 19 states and looks to keep growing.
